In order to help young people find their way in their career, we offer student placements that provide an insight into the field of toolmaking. These placements are completed in our in-house training workshop.
The content of the placement provides insights into the various directions of metalworking and introductions to possible career paths in modern mechanical and systems engineering.
At our in-house training workshop on site, you will receive interesting and well-founded basic training. You will be working on practical tasks from the outset and actively participating – you’re part of our company.
If you perform well, the three-and-a-half-year training may also be shortened by half a year.

A dual study programme at Porsche Werkzeugbau combines teaching phases at the Berufsakademie and placements within our company. In addition to theoretical knowledge from college, students also acquire practical knowledge and skills in the specialist departments at Porsche Werkzeugbau.
