Simultaneous Engineering
With simultaneous engineering, we are integrated into the customer’s product-development process at an early stage.

Method planning
Method planning simulates and evaluates the entire forming process and its downstream operations. On this basis, different method concepts can be created and compared to achieve process improvements.

Design
The design department creates 3D digital models of the tools and castings from which the tool set is made.

Mechanical machining
The castings are milled into shape by means of state-of-the-art CNC milling machines and the future working surface is introduced into the tool.

Assembly and tryout Our experienced toolmakers put the tool components together and run the tool in.

Quality assurance Optical and mechanical measuring devices ensure that the requirements of our customers are fully met.
